祁文杰

个人简介:

祁文杰,男,汉族,198912月生,重庆开州人,中共党员,博士后,副教授,硕士生导师。主要从事燃料电池技术、动力电池热管理技术等领域研究工作。承担省部级以上项目5项,在国内外发表学术论文20余篇,已授权国家发明专利4项。Applied Catalysis B-EnvironmentalFuelChemical Engineering JournalInternational Journal of Hydrogen Energy等国际期刊审稿人。
